Ideal for anyone who has attended Cantle’s popular “How to Coach a Leader” programme and wishes to explore the content and its working implications in more detail.

The purpose of the session will be to revisit and explore the content of “How to Coach a Leader”. For two days, delegates meet in a group of no more than 10, and look at the coaching issues they have faced with their team or clients.

The format will be a mixture of large group dialogue, small group exercises, walks to the loch, informal fireside chats and conversations round the dinner table. It will be an opportunity to explore coaching experiences helping delegates make more sense of their individual coaching circumstances.

Location: House of Cantle, Morenish, By Killin, Perthshire, FK21 8TX.

Cost: £1450 (+VAT). This includes transport to and from the airport (for specified flights), accommodation, food and drink, programme manual and use of all Centre facilities.
