Circle of Friends

how to coach a leader

Ideal for people who manage leaders and for people who coach leaders on a regular basis (HR managers, internal consultants, functional advisers).

Using chaos theory and advanced psychology, delegates are introduced to powerful ways of resolving organisational issues and executive problems. Through exercises, feedback and dialogue they experience coaching first hand and develop a style that is natural for their personality.

Delegates will learn how to:

  • Recognise effective mental models for the senior executive agenda
  • Appreciate different leadership approaches
  • Adapt their coaching style to the needs of the leader
  • Help create a vision and resolve internal conflict
  • Guide leaders through change

The programme lasts for 3 1/2 days and is residential. The training takes the form of lectures, exercises and group dialogue.

This has been the most dramatic life changing experience for me. It has given me many great ideas, tools and an understanding of how to share this knowledge with others. Within days of the event I was using my new found awareness to great effect.
