Specifically aimed at team leaders who want to improve the collaboration, communication and performance of their teams. Also useful for facilitators of team events.
Using insights from organisational research, chaos theory, gestalt, and constellations, Dynamic Teams will help leaders notice the forces and patterns at work in their teams and learn interventions that will improve the performance.
Delegates will learn how to:
- Improve the performance of their teams by working with, rather than against, the natural pattern of behaviour.
- See previously hidden processes that affect the teams’ effectiveness.
- Understand their own preferred team culture and the impact this has on group dynamics.
- Tap into hidden relationships that have evolved and improve the communication between people.
- Unblock the flow of power through their teams and resolve conflict.
The programme lasts for 3 days, from Monday evening until Thursday afternoon, and is residential. The training takes the form of lectures, exercises and group dialogue.
Location: House of Cantle, Morenish, By Killin, Perthshire, FK21 8TX.
Cost: £2950 (+VAT). This includes transport to and from the airport (for specified flights), accommodation, food and drink, programme manual and use of all Centre facilities.
