Ideal for anyone who leads people or leads a particular function within an organisation.
Employing various psychologies from the human potential movement (NLP, gestalt etc) delegates learn how to understand human motivation, blocks to performance and the nature of power. Individuals will explore the repeating patterns of their life to discover their own personal leadership style and receive coaching and feedback to help strengthen their impact.
Delegates learn how to:
- Motivate others to greater performance
- Increase their organisational impact
- Improve their power in relationships
- Remain effective in chaotic environments
- Communicate with intentionality and clarity
The programme lasts for 3 days, from Monday evening until Thursday afternoon, and is residential. The training takes the form of lectures, exercises and group dialogue.
Location: House of Cantle, Morenish, By Killin, Perthshire, FK21 8TX.
Cost: £2950 (+VAT). This includes transport to and from the airport (for specified flights), accommodation, food and drink, programme manual and use of all Centre facilities.
