Clients often find that there is a cultural intervention or a pan-organisational behaviour change that they need to see. This requires a training intervention entirely tailored to the messages that they want to deliver and to the attitudinal changes they would like to see as a result.
Cantle has run such events in RBS, BP and B&Q, resulting in extraordinary shifts in motivation and leadership impact. Sometimes the project involves sharpening up the leadership communication or breaking down the silos. At other times it is about sharpening specific skills such as Trader Negotiation Psychology.
After an initial diagnostic set of conversations, the trainer (or team of trainers, if necessary) will begin the interventions, evolving and honing the material as it progresses. It is vital that the process lives. The trainers continually update and evolve their facilitation sharing the emerging growth of the organisation with all the teams and individuals involved.
Cantle has no interest in building unhelpful dependencies with its clients. In each of the initiatives mentioned above, in-house trainers were schooled in the methodologies and shown how to train them, leaving even greater capability behind in the companies.
