The programme will start on the evening of 14th July with dinner followed by two days of reflection and deeper exploration of the tools.

The purpose of the session is to revisit the content of “How to Coach a Leader”. Having had some months or even years to experience the tools, delegates will provide a deeper level of challenge to one another and massage the learning deeper into the muscle.

The format is a mix of large group dialogue, small group exercises, walks to the loch, informal fireside chats and conversations around the dinner table. It presents a unique opportunity to explore personal coaching experiences and help clients make more sense of the mystery of human development

This years Learning Circle will be held at House of Cantle and is open to anyone who has previously attended Cantle’s ‘How to Coach a Leader’ programme. The cost is £1450 per delegate which includes all meals, drinks and transport to and from the airport.
